Synopsis
It’s less than a week till Christmas and egg farmer Ethan Claymore receives two pieces of bad news in the mail – his business is on the brink of bankruptcy and his estranged older brother has died. Doug, his meddling but well-meaning friend, is determined to get Ethan out of his solitary life and set him up with a new-in-town schoolteacher, who has her own reasons for hiding out in a small town. Just when Ethan thinks things couldn’t get more complicated, his deceased brother Martin appears, unseen by others. Through flashbacks to their youth, we learn why the brothers had drifted apart. A funny and heart-tugging play about family and old-fashioned values as a brother searches for redemption.
